How does the EDS service work?
We get this a lot because there is no other service like this out there. That’s why we’ve got a patent pending with the USPTO because it is so new and unique!
We are a dental lab whose passion is ensuring that people who wear dentures or partial dentures (removable teeth) have the peace of mind that if an emergency happens with those uniquely made teeth, they can get back to their dentist without the embarrassment of going without teeth. We want you have have all the adjustments made to your teeth so that when you register your teeth, they are as comfortable as possible. You can either come to our Solution Center to register in person or we’ll even send you a box to ship your teeth to us to register. Once your teeth are registered, then we will store your data securely and if you have an emergency with your teeth, we will send you a duplicate of the teeth you have straight to your doorstep. That way, you can wear these temporary teeth while your dentist is repairing or replacing your damaged or lost teeth. Once your permanent teeth are repaired or replaced and adjusted and comfortable, register your new teeth again at no additional fee. Simple as that!
How much does this cost?
There are two different fees you will have in the beginning, the registration fee and the subscription fee. The registration fee depends on if you are registering a single upper or lower versus a set of upper and lowers. The subscription fee depends on whether or not you want to have the pink gum portion on your emergency teeth or if you are ok with the whole thing being tooth colored while your dentist is fixing or replacing your teeth.

A single registration is $59 —- A set registration is $99
And you know what? This is less than the average cost of just an exam by a dentist to find out if they can fix or replace your teeth!
If you really want to have pink gums on your emergency teeth which is great for people that show some pink when they smile, that’s the Premium Plan and it is $9 per month. If you don’t show any pink when you smile or if you don’t mind having the whole thing being tooth colored for a short time, then that’s the Standard Plan and it is $6 per month.
You can decide which subscription plan you want at the time you register, so there’s no rush on deciding which one is right for you.
If I sign up for the Standard Plan, can I upgrade to the Premium Plan?
Yes, this is no problem. If you want to upgrade your Plan at any time you are free to do so, even at the time of an emergency. If you upgrade from Standard to Premium at the time of an emergency, there will be a $99 charge added to the card on file for each denture or partial denture. That means if you have only a single denture or partial that you have registered, the you will be charged $99 for the upgrade. If you have an upper and lower set, then you will be charged $198.
Is this a replacement for my dentist?
No. We are a dental lab whose passion is ensuring that people who wear dentures or partial dentures have the peace of mind that they can get back to their dentist if any emergency happens with their teeth. We love our community dentists! That is why we happily call your dentist when we ship your temporary emergency denture or partial to you. That way, we’ve got you covered in every way possible!
Am I able to see my dentist who I’m comfortable with after I get my emergency teeth?
Absolutely! That’s why we exist. Our passion is making sure that people with removable teeth can get back to the dentist they love without the worry of having to be without teeth for long periods of time.
What happens if I’m away from my home when an emergency happens?
That’s the beauty of this process! If you ever have an emergency, you can tell your Solution Maker where you are and we will have your teeth shipped there. No problem! As long as it is in the 48 contiguous United States, it will be shipped for free.
If I’m outside the 48 contiguous States, how much will it cost?
That depends on where you are, really. We will simply add the shipping fee to your card that you have on file so that we can get you your teeth as fast as possible.
Is the emergency set of teeth a replacement for my permanent teeth? Are the temporary teeth safe?
The material that we use is 100% FDA cleared for safe use in the mouth but is not meant to be used for the long term. We guarantee the fit of the teeth for 4 months to allow for your dentist to repair or replace your teeth with permanent material.
I see an option for “At Home Registration”, is that where you have someone come to my house?
No, we cannot send people to everyone’s home. This is so that you are able to register from home because we will send you a box with instructions to send us your removable teeth for registration. Once we get them, one of our Solution Makers will call you to complete your registration with a brief series of questions about your teeth. Then we will send them back to you as fast as we can! This process typically takes 3-4 days from the time you send us your teeth. Better than 3 months of going without teeth if you lost them and had to have them made over again!
If I choose the “At Home Registration” option, do I really have to mail my teeth in?
Unfortunately, we have to physically have your teeth to register them. Don’t worry, we’ll get the teeth back to you in a hurry once we complete the registration process.
What are the hidden fees?
Nothing hidden! There are only four fees that you may encounter.

- Standard to Premium upgrade at the time of emergency
- Shipping fees that are outside the contiguous United States
